Privacy Notice.

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how Stadion Ai Systems handles information collected through the Stadion Ai Systems corporate website and through business inquiries submitted to Stadion.

It does not govern use of GeoAgent, or customer project data processed under a separate product or customer agreement. GeoAgent has its own product specific policy: GeoAgent Privacy Policy.

2. Information you choose to send us

The inquiry form on this website does not transmit anything to Stadion when you complete it. It assembles what you have typed into a message in your own email application, addressed to Stadion, which you then choose to send or discard. Nothing you type reaches us unless you send that email.

If you do send it, we receive what the form assembles and anything you add: your name, your work email address, your company if you give one, and what you would like to improve. You may also write to us directly instead.

3. Technical information

Like any website, this site is served by infrastructure that records ordinary request information, including IP address, browser and device type. This information is used to operate the site, to apply rate limits, and to investigate errors and abuse.

This website does not set cookies. It does not use an analytics provider, an advertising provider, or any visitor tracking.

4. Service providers

Railway provides application hosting for this website.

This website loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and the ordinary request information that a browser sends. No other third party receives information from this website.

Our hosting provider operates in the United States. By using this website you acknowledge that this information may be processed there.

5. Why we process this information

• Maintaining ordinary business records
• Complying with legal obligations

6. We do not sell personal information

Stadion Ai Systems does not sell personal information, and does not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

7. Disclosure

We disclose information only to the service providers described above to the extent necessary for them to provide their service, or where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Stadion Ai Systems or others.

8. Customer and project data

This Notice does not describe how data is handled inside a Stadion application or a customer engagement. Data processed as part of custom Ai applications, customer projects, professional services or enterprise deployments may be governed by separate written agreements, Statements of Work, product policies or data processing terms.

Handling, retention and model processing differ between applications and engagements. The terms that apply to GeoAgent, including its retention periods and its use of Ai models, are set out in the GeoAgent Privacy Policy and apply to GeoAgent. They do not automatically apply to other Stadion work.

9. Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence and website records only as long as reasonably necessary for the business, legal, security and recordkeeping purposes described above.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights regarding your personal information. These commonly include the right to request access to it, correction of it, deletion of it, and in some cases to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, write to privacy@stadion-ai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Notice. When we do, we will change the effective date shown at the top of this page.
