Stadion Ai Systems

Website Terms.

Effective September 2026

1. Scope

These Website Terms govern your use of the Stadion Ai Systems corporate website.

They do not replace or modify separate agreements governing GeoAgent, custom software, professional services, enterprise implementations, Statements of Work, Master Services Agreements, or any other customer contract. Where a separate written agreement exists between you and Stadion Ai Systems, that agreement controls the services it covers.

Use of GeoAgent is governed separately by the GeoAgent Terms of Service.

2. Information on this website

Information on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes. Descriptions of applications, capabilities and technology may change, and we do not promise that any particular description, feature or capability will remain available.

3. No professional advice

Stadion works in technical and operational domains, and this website discusses professional workflows. Nothing on this website constitutes engineering, surveying, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship. Stadion Ai Systems does not provide licensed professional services merely because this website describes technical work.

4. Custom Ai systems and services

Stadion Ai Systems designs and builds purpose built Ai systems and provides related services. This website describes that work in general terms only.

The scope, deliverables, pricing, licensing, data handling, support, acceptance criteria, ownership and liability for any customer engagement are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer, a commitment, or a term of any such engagement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its contents, including branding, text, graphics, design, application descriptions and references to proprietary technology, are owned by or licensed to Stadion Ai Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Praxis and Sentinel are proprietary Stadion Ai Systems technology.

These Website Terms do not grant any licence to Stadion technology, and do not set out ownership or licensing terms for any customer application. Those are addressed in the written agreement for the engagement concerned.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or to any related system or account
  • interfere with the operation, integrity or availability of the website
  • introduce malicious code
  • scrape or harvest from the website in a manner that is unlawful or that burdens or disrupts its operation
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation
  • use the website for any unlawful purpose

7. Third party websites and services

This website may link to websites and services operated by others. Stadion Ai Systems does not control them, does not endorse them by linking to them, and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. No warranty

This website and the general information on it are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stadion Ai Systems disclaims all warranties relating to this website, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, and does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its content is complete or current.

This section applies to the public website. Services provided under a separate written agreement are subject to the warranty terms of that agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stadion Ai Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or your reliance on information published on it.

This section allocates liability for the public website only. Liability for services provided under a separate written agreement is allocated by that agreement, and nothing in this section limits or replaces it.
